My cat pearl had an anaphylactic reaction to something and suddenly became very weak, was breathing with increased effort and falling while trying to go up the stairs. I thought I was losing my baby, my best friend. I took her in and everyone kept me calm but acted quickly and with great kindness. Dr.weber did the diagnostics needed to figure out how to help my little girl and save her. She put great thought and care into her research and we were able to do some less commonly thought of blood tests in order to try to figure out why this happened. I work in the veterinary field, we are not immune to the terror or sorrow there is when something happens to one of our babies and everyone was amazing at reassuring me. I will forever be grateful for the gift of more time with my cat thanks to the excellent care she received.

After being evicted, even though I was paid up on my home, I had to return my rescued poodle to the shelter. I still miss her deeply. There was a remaining balance of $184, which I paid in full through the collection agency American profit recovery that went on my credit .i tried so hard to keep my rescued poodle healthy. Unfortunately, I was treated very rudely when I called to make the payment, and I was not given a receipt or written confirmation. This was already a heartbreaking situation, and the lack of compassion and professionalism made it even more painful. I am requesting a receipt showing that my balance has been paid in full.

We had to put our dog down here awhile back, we paid extra for his paw print to be made and never received it. Making a devastating time even worse. Its very unfortunate it had to be done on the weekend as this was the only place open and does not seem very well run. If you can help it, do not bring your pets here.
